VENUS SUGAR LIMITED was established in the year 1991 at Chandausi, a town and tehsil in Moradabad district of Uttar Pradesh. Even after economic turmoils backed up by adverse Government Policy, the Company is back to its operations and continues to operate as an efficient sugar manufacturing unit in the country. Therefore, Venus has its own place in sugar manufacturing within the territory of the country.
Venus being debt free after the introduction of favourable steps by the Government for the Sugar Industry as a whole, the Company is geared up to expand its capacities along side looking for forward integration by setting up of a State of the Art manufacturing Unit for production of Ethanol. The said Distillery project has been detailed in the coming slides..
Venus has also expanded its manufacturing capacity from 3,800 TCD to 4,000 TCD on the basis of internal accruals. Further expansions are in pipeline.

VENUS DISTILLERY – Venus Distillery Project with dual technology i.e. both molasse and grained based, is being set up under the ages of Venus Sugar Limited with a manufacturing capacity of 90 KL Per Day.
Financial closure in respect of the setting up of the Project has already been achieved. The setting up of the Project is in full swing. Machineries have been ordered with advance given to the manufacturer.
Civil construction is under way and Commercial production is targeted to commence end of 2025. Project setting up is being done as per scheduled timelines.
